With a lifetime of real-world experience across business I bring a no-nonsense practical approach to mentoring.

I understand the realities of decision making, uncertainty and responsibility. My approach is shaped by a career built from the ground up beginning as an engineering apprentice and progressing through a wide range of operational and leadership roles to CEO and Managing Director level.That journey has given me a deep understanding of how businesses really work at every level — from the shop floor to the boardroom — and the challenges people face along the way. It also gave me the confidence to establish and grow my own business , developing, expanding and ultimately selling what became a successful Renault dealership over a 26 year period.This has required resilience, clarity of direction and sound consistent business judgement.

In my mentoring role I work with individuals, leaders and professionals who value clarity, perspective and honest guidance. My focus is simple: to help others move forward with confidence, sound judgement and purpose.
